An absolute gem of a place. Visited the Addlestone branch and what a place it was. My advice however is to reserve a table before turning up, we had to wait 45 minutes. On to the place itself, it felt as though I was gonna road trip through America and stopped off in Kentucky for a quick bite, it looked and felt as if I was actually there. The service was amazing, from the host greeting us to the waiter who came over and introduced herself moments after we were shown to our table. The service was fast, food didn’t take long to be on the table. On to the food, absolutely delicious, each bite was packed with flavours of the south. We went for the Ballyhoo Prawns and Buffalo wings to start and for mains went for the Californian and the Mississippi melt for mains. By the time we were finished, we didn’t have space for dessert. Those wings were just amazing. You have to try the cocktails as well, and my recommendation will be the Bakewell tart. Absolutely amazing experience, delicious food and fantastic service, in the words of the terminator, “I’ll be back”

" Being a country fan...like I am" was a great setting, music playing...staff in hats n shirts great I had ribs my cow girl had steak...food service was pretty quick...enough time to take in your surroundings and relax with a drink Food tasted fresh and was served nice n hot...obviously can't comment on rest of menu as haven't tried it...all in all good experience

When we first entered, the children were very excited with the decorations like an American gun as the door handle and the cowboy boots etc The uniform of the staff fit the theme very well as well. The food came surprisingly fast but they did miss little extra things like a cloth for the wine and the waiters were quite hard to get a hold off but I do understand that it looked very busy. The food did taste very nice and the chicken was cooked very well and came with a wipe to clean your fingers. Overall the place was very nice, the Service was good but could have been better, they were very nice as well.

Me and my partner stumbled across this place whilst staying at the Thorpe Park Hotel, we wanted dinner off site and googled close by restaurants (12 mins drive from Thorpe Park). Me and my partner love anything western or cowboy themed so this was a perfect little find for us. The staff were inviting and friendly, the decor was very impressive, and the food was delicious, fresh and hot. We were looked after by Jake and Katie and the service was amazing. We had such an enjoyable meal and would definitely eat here again

I had such an amazing time at this restaurant. Service perfect, food delicious and cooked to perfection, clean toilets, unique decorations. What's not to like. Good job guys!

I've never been to a Smith & Western before so it was a really great experience visiting this one! The entire restaurant is western/cowboy themed including saddle seats at the bar and some booths styled to look like wagons! It was a very busy, lively atmosphere with great food and excellent staff. They have a great range of items on the menu, including drinks and desserts!

Wow! What an atmosphere! We got the big sharer pudding with fireworks and serenaded with the Happy Birthday song! It was no ones Birthday, but extremely fun and worth every penny! The food was good, my fajitas were a little on the small side, but it was a blessing in disguise, because I had room for puddy and more cocktails.

Wow what an experience, the staff were so friendly and attentive. A fantastic welcome and Adam was great. Love this place , amazing decor , brilliant food, will definitely visit again.
